ABOUT YOUR STAY
Have a one-of-a-kind getaway when you stay at this luxurious 5800 sf 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Beckham Creek Cave vacation rental home near Jasper & Parthenon, Arkansas.
Accommodations are ideal for 8, up to, but absolutely NO MORE than 12 are allowed(Including Children) with the 4 bedrooms laid out as follows: 3 private bedrooms each having queen beds and with their own private bathrooms on the main floor then the whole upper floor is our Honeymoon Suite having it’s own private master bedroom with king bed and private bath. In this honeymoon suite is an open living space with a custom built round queen bed nestled into naturally formed stalactites. Then there is a loft viewing platform overlooking the living & dining room with 2 twin beds.
Check in is 3:00 p.m. or later and check out must be by 11:00 a.m. You book the whole “home”, individual rooms are not available. PLEASE NOTE: No early checkins and no late checkouts allowed. Your stay comes with a guided, complimentary, UTV tour of our beautiful, secluded property. We have a lovely “Hammock Haven” picnic area to hang out with a few hammocks provided and a spider web swing for the kids, an “Eye of the Needle” overlook deck area you can easily hike to for relaxing and visiting outdoors. Hike’s to waterfalls, bluff overhangs, and our magical “Indian Encampment” area where you’ll see evidence that primitive Native Americans have used it as their home and shelter with a stream nearby and amazing rock formations. We provide a seasonal Frisbee Golf course, Horseshoe Pit, Cornhole game and a picnic area by our beautiful aquamarine spring-fed pond. You can float in our provided canoe on this pond and also bring your own poles and tackle and catch and release.
2023 rates are $2200/night + tax, year round, with no extra fees and we require a 2 night minimum.
So sorry but because even the best of pets are confused by the rocks and consider it “outdoors”, we have a strict NO PET POLICY, please do NOT ask for exceptions. Weddings may be allowed with prior approval, 3 night minimum reservation required and up to 50 guests total for a $7500 venue fee, please call Rayne Davidson to discuss.
Our Cancellation Policy is relaxed, we require 100% up front to make your reservation, then we allow a 100% refund up to 1 month before your stay, (NOTE: PayPal reserves their fee after 180 days so if you pay via this method, we’ll refund our side and you’ll take it up with PayPal to get their fee back.)
Nearest Airport will be Northwest AR International Airport (2.5 hours away), Little Rock AR (3 hours away) or Springfield-Branson National Airport in Springfield MO (2.5 hours away). We recommend you rent a 4-wheel drive/SUV from the airport and drive over as there is no shuttle service. Note that you’ll be crossing a low water bridge and during rainy season, will pass through water to get to the cave.
ROOMS & AMENITIES
4-Bedrooms, 4-Bathrooms, including a private honeymoon suite, full gourmet equipped kitchen (you bring the food and beverages), laundry, large living room with natural rock formation waterfall and big screen smart TV with Satellite, WIFI, firepit, lofts and balconies, walk path to an overlook called “Eye of the Needle”, on-site trails and a complimentary 6 seater guided UTV ride up to a special area we call “Indian Encampment”, several vertical cave openings, seasonal waterfalls and a beautiful overlook area. Other outdoor activities include, horseshoes, frisbee golf, 2 kayaks provided for the pond, catch and release fishing (you bring your own tackle and bait), “Outlaw Treehouse” on the beautiful “Fossil Bluff Trail” and our magical “Hammock Haven” picnic area beside the creek.

HONEYMOON SUITE with MASTER BEDROOM
Located just up the stairs from the main living area, the spacious honeymoon suite includes it’s own sitting area, a unique round queen-sized bed nestled in a natural circle of stalactites, a king bed in the master bedroom and a unique private bathroom which utilizes the natural formations of the cave.
BEDROOMS
On the main floor are 3 spacious bedrooms with a Queen sized bed and each bedroom utilizes the cave wall on one side and have their own private and unique bathroom.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream, with high-end gas appliances and double convection ovens. Grab a seat at the wooden bar top or gather around the custom built dining room table while admiring each facet of this unique home. There’s also a custom built wet bar with ice machine for entertaining.
LIVING AREAS
Ever dreamed of watching a movie inside a cave? Turn off the lights and gaze at the 75-inch LED television mounted on cavern walls for the ultimate Friday night film. Satellite TV and WIFI is provided. A unique, all natural rock formation called the Spanish Piano Waterfall is the focal point in the living room.
OUTDOOR FEATURES
When you’re not gazing at exposed cavern walls and natural hanging stalactites, walk down to the catch-and-release pond on the property (bring your own fishing gear), or grill up a steak or enjoy the fire pit while taking in the amazing view from the front deck. A courtesy UTV ride is given to show off our amazing trails which can be hiked at your leisure. We also have a beautiful “Hamock Haven” just an easy walk from the lodge to go hang out or enjoy our frisbee golf course, horse shoes or a game of corn hole.
For those that would like to “just drop in”, we have a Helipad.
Hiking, canoeing, fishing, helicopter rides, and horseback riding are all activities that can be arranged during your stay.
Buffalo National River is 12 miles away and offers cool waters for kayaking and incredible nature hikes. For world-class trout fishing, White River is just 45 minutes away!
